Calwise Spirits Co. is a craft distillery in Paso Robles specializing in gin, rum, whiskey, and liqueurs. Founded by Aaron Bergh in 2016, it was the first distillery in California between San Diego and the Oregon border to offer a cocktail bar and restaurant on-site. Aaron's unique spirits use local ingredients to create the California experience in a bottle.
